Jeannie McLeod M.A. is the founder of the H.J. McLeod Educational Group. She is a Masters-level licensed teacher and intervention specialist and has worked with students from local public and private schools for 20 years. She works in all academic areas and has been the leading force in the development of  exceptional test preparation. She also specializes in creating solutions for students with learning challenges and is a provider for several Ohio Scholarship programs. She is every student's advocate and she finds and nurtures their strengths with humor and compassion.

Jason Chance is a graduate of St. Olaf College, Minnesota, where he majored in Math and Physics. As a High School student, he was a National Merit Scholar and named a National AP Scholar and a member of the National Honors Society. Jason specializes in advanced high school coursework including advanced math, chemistry and physics. He is understanding and sympathetic to his students many of whom enter his office feeling defeated by the complexity of their subjects. His has a unique ability to translate difficult concepts into accessible explanations and makes sure that students are able to apply them successfully.

Phoenix Vizva'i comes to us with a Master's degree in Liquid Crystal Physics and an undergraduate in Math and Computer Data Systems. Phoenix has been with us for a year and has already established himself as an understanding a creative coach for our students. He has had much experience in teaching students from the very young to underclassmen in college. His ability to illustrate difficult concepts with a talented use of computer graphics allows students to visualize and retain his explanations. Phoenix is also a talented writer and has helped many students this year with their college essays.
