Jeannie McLeod M.A. is the founder of the H.J. McLeod Educational Group. She is a Masters-level licensed teacher and intervention specialist and has worked with students from local public and private schools for 20 years. She works in all academic areas and has been the leading force in the development of  exceptional test preparation. She also specializes in creating solutions for students with learning challenges and is a provider for several Ohio Scholarship programs. She is every student's advocate and she finds and nurtures their strengths with humor and compassion.

Jason Chance is a graduate of St. Olaf College, Minnesota, where he majored in Math and Physics. As a High School student, he was a National Merit Scholar and named a National AP Scholar and a member of the National Honors Society. Jason specializes in advanced high school coursework including algebra, geometry, calculus, chemistry and physics. He is understanding and sympathetic to his students many of whom enter his office feeling defeated by the complexity of their subjects. His has a unique ability to translate difficult concepts into accessible explanations and makes sure that students are able to apply them successfully.
